Returns and claims
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days to request a return. The first day of this period is the day after your order is delivered.
To make a return, please pack the items in their original packaging together with all documents included in the parcel and send them to the following address:

If you need to contact our customer care team, please write to: customer.care@tudi.studio . We reply to all messages within a maximum of 2 business days.
Once we receive your return package, we will promptly carry out a quality inspection. If it is successfully approved, we will initiate the refund. You will receive an automatic email confirmation on the day the refund is processed.
Claims
If the quality of the received product is unsatisfactory, you may submit a claim. To initiate the claims procedure, please send an email to: customer.care@tudi.studio .
In the subject line, include: "CLAIM [order number]".
In the body of the email, specify which product the issue concerns (especially if your order included more than one item), and describe the problem. For visible defects, please attach photos or a video. If the claim is approved, we will replace the product with a new, defect-free item at our cost.
