We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days to request a return. The first day of this period is the day after your order is delivered.

If possible, pack the returned items in their original packaging, along with any documents that were included in the parcel.

Claims
If the quality of the received product is unsatisfactory, you may submit a claim. To initiate the claims procedure, please send an email to: customer.care@tudi.studio.
In the subject line, include: "CLAIM [order number]".
In the body of the email, specify which product the issue concerns (especially if your order included more than one item), and describe the problem. For visible defects, please attach photos or a video. If the claim is approved, we will replace the product with a new, defect-free item at our cost.
