Two weeks ago, we had the pleasure of partnering with an amazing restaurant in our hometown Warsaw. Allora serves a fantastic range of Italian cuisine and nourishes the soul with its cozy atmosphere and stunning interiors.

Together, we developed a special menu featuring dishes based on tomatoes delivered to Poland straight from Italy. We premiered this menu with a beautiful table setting full of tomatoes, offering great inspiration for your summer gatherings! You can enjoy this heartwarming selection, prepared in our cast iron cookware, all summer long at Allora.

We celebrated the launch of our menu with journalists and influencers who support both TUDI and Allora. It was a wonderful evening, enjoying the warm early-summer air and soaking in the Italian vibes.

 

Most of the dishes served during the evening were prepared in our enameled cast iron cookware. As you know by now, our cast iron is fully enameled, meaning you don’t have to worry about acidic foods. You can safely cook tomato dishes, and there's no need to be concerned about lemon juice, vinegar, or wine!
